Loving flower arranging with specialty dahlias ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ Loving flower arranging with specialty dahlias ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ These stunning blooms put on a show from late July through the first hard frost in our 6A gardening zone. Dahlias come in different shapes and forms. In this arrangement, the largest bloom is a dinner plate dahlia. The smaller orange blooms are considered ball dahlias for their symmetrical round shape. Older flowers push the petals backwards creating a sphere ๐Ÿ™€ The beautiful pink blooms showcase a double rose daisy flower form dahlia. They are stunning! โœจ๐Ÿ While ball dahlias are long lasting, dinner plate and rose daisy type dahlias are mostly used for event work.
